Extremely rare "The Oil That Oilzum" with Bucktooth Boy & Lady single sided tin (SST) sign. Very good color and shine. Very minor soiling and a scratch in the field. Circa 1910, this sign has the buck tooth boy logo on a square metal can, a lady standing on the right with an early open car on the left. Quite possibly the most historically significant Oilzum sign to exist. We were fortunate to find a photo of it in use from the 1909 Boston Auto Fair (image 7). This photo depicts only a handful of these signs ever produced, and this particular sign is the only one known to exist today. Measures 18"x12". Rated 8.5 by The Authentication Company (TAC #007532).
