The display has light wear and fine scratches with minor discoloration in the left-hand field and chips around the perimeter. The reverse has more chips. Marked Veribrite Signs-Chicago. Measures 29.5" diameter. Rated 8.5 by The Authentication Company (TAC #039342). Phillips 66.
