Clock and lighted portion work when plugged in. The top inner face is clean, lower portion with Elsie has paint flaking on the left hand size proceeding to the "B" in Borden's. Outer can and ring appear to have been repainted at some point (nicely done). Measures 17" x 25" x 4". Condition rated 8.25 by The Authentication Company.
