The clock and neon work as they should when the clock is plugged in. The inner Mopar face is very clean. There's a few small paint chips on the inner paint (near edge of inner Mopar face). The outer glass and retaining ring are clean also. The main can of the clock appears to be original paint. There's a partial manufacturer decal on the back as well. Measures 18" x 18" x 6".
