Double sided tin (DST) flange has excellent color and shine on both sides. The display has minor paper staining and factory imperfections in the field with light wear around the perimeter. The reverse has paper residue and discoloration in the field with a scratch along the bottom edge. Marked Stout Sign Co St. Louis MO. This is a very nice example that may clean and present with a higher grade. Condition: 9 & 8.75. Measurements (H" x L"): 13.5 x 20.
