The neon, spinner and clock work as they should. The exterior face and perimeter have some surface wear. The can has an older re-paint. The edge of the plastic face displays with some stray paint. The clock has a wall mount on the back, a new cord and new pull chain. Marked No 71240 with original decal on the face. Condition: 7.75. Measurements (H" x L" x W"): 26 x 26 x 7.5.
