NOS (new old stock) double sided porcelain (DSP) sign has excellent color and gloss on both sides and would be difficult to improve upon. The display has some tiny factory imperfections in the white around "Oils" with two fine scratches in the yellow porcelain in the field. The outer field and edges have some small fine scratches and light discoloration. The perimeter is clean. The reverse has some horizontal discolored lines across the word "Oils" and a factory blemish in the yellow beside the edge of the "L". There are fine scratches in the outer field and a factory blemish on the left side in the blue outer field. Sign is ink stamped Burdick N. American Bldg., Chi & Balto. Enl. & Nov. Co., MD. on lower edge. Includes a mounting ring. This is the nicest example of this Dixie Oils & Gasoline sign that we have seen. Condition: 9.5 & 9.25. Measurements (H" x L"): 34 x 48.
