Metal flange has very good color and shine. The display has a small paint chip in the field with light scratches and wear in the outer field. The reverse has more scratches and wear in the outer field and the perimeter. The mounting flange has some light wear and staining with errant green paint. Condition: 8.75 & 8.5. Measurements (H" x L"): 14.25 x 14.25.
