Description
Hard to find "Blue Top Dealer" version. Double sided tin (DST) die cut flange has good color and shine with light wear and a few fine scratches. The reverse has slightly more wear along the bottom edge. This is one of the better examples of this rare flange that we have seen. Marked A-1328 Made in USA 12-36 ACCO. Condition: 8.75. Measurements (H" x L"): 15.25 x 10.5.
