Single sided porcelain (SSP) self framed sign has excellent color and gloss. The field and outer field have scratches and one dime sized chip above the "T & O". There are chips at the mount holes on the right side as well as some chipping, non factory paint and wear along the self framed edge. Sign is marked ING RICH Beaver Falls, PA. Condition: 8.9.
