Double sided porcelain (DSP) sign has good color and gloss. There's a small chip above the "E," an eraser sized chip below the "L" in the field and some chipping around the upper mounting holes on both sides. The field also has scratches, stains and areas of silver and white errant paint drips that should clean. There is a small bend on the left edge as well. The reverse has a chip in the field on the edge of the "S" and above the "H". There are stains and scratches in the field. Both sides have some fading to the yellow but the sign may clean. Condition: 8. Measurements (H" x L"): 47.5 x 47.5.
