Single sided porcelain (SSP) Gulf 3D porcelain sign w/ letters that appear to be a glass type material (similar to Bakelite). The convex porcelain Gulf (blue) backing sign has fine scratches in the field with flea bites and chips along the outer field and perimeter. The letters have some age toning, crackling and age wear. The "U" has a horizontal break that has been repaired. Overall a rare Gulf sign that we have never seen. Condition: 8.5. Measurements (H" x L"): 14 x 108.
