Description
Double sided porcelain (DSP) flange has excellent color and gloss. The display has heavy surface scratching with tiny chips and imperfections in the lettering. The outer field has surface scratches with chipping around the perimeter. The reverse is similar with heavier scratches and one factory stain (light blue) in the field beside the "O". There are small chips on the mounting flange and around the perimeter. Condition: 8 & 7.75. Measurements (H" x L"): 16 x 21.75.
