Black border (West Coast) single sided porcelain (SSP) sign has excellent color and gloss. The field and outer field have some fine scratches. The mounting holes have residue and debris that should clean with blue pump paint along the edges. Sign retains the original State of California Dept of Agriculture, Bureau of Weights and Measures sticker in top left corner. Condition: 9.25. Measurements (H" x L"): 11.5 x 12.
