Porcelain flange sign has excellent color and gloss on both sides. The display side has scratches and wear in the field with a few touched up chips along the perimeter. The reverse is in similar condition with a few spots and small touched up chips in the yellow perimeter. The mounting flange edge has a few chips at the mounting holes.
