Incredible DSP (double sided porcelain) flange sign with excellent color and gloss and appears to NOS (new old stock). Both sides have fine scratches and factory blemishes in the field with small edge chips. The flange retains three original grommets and is marked Baltimore Enamel 200 Fifth Ave. N.Y.
