DST (double sided tin) flange has excellent color and shine. Side #1 is clean with a tiny paint chip in the upper field and light paper marks throughout. The perimeter has areas of oxidation and a small bend to the upper right corner. The reverse is similar with small scratches present. Marked 1-F Made in U.S.A. 12" H x 18" W. Condition: 9C & 8.9.
