Octagon neon advertising clock displays well with a large Packard logo in the center field. The clock, spinner and neon work as they should. The inner face has light wear. The outer face, trim ring and clock case are in very good condition with light wear and errant paint on the motor cover. The reverse has a partial Neon Products of Lima, Ohio decal.
