The field has light surface wear with three small touched-up chips. The perimeter has small chips and touch-ups along the edges. The sign has an added wooden frame which is in good condition. The sign has been trimmed along the lower edge (it appears as if 7.5 inches has been cut from the lower edge). 24" H x 42.5" W. Condition: 7/Trimmed.
