Description
DSP (Double Sided Porcelain) flange sign has very good color and gloss. The display has chips and surface wear in the field with heavy chipping along the flange edge. The reverse is similar with an area of crazing in the "Oils" lettering. Overall a unique Wm Penn flange. 18" H x 18" W. Condition: 7.5.
