DST (Double Sided Tin) flange has excellent color and shine. The display field has light wear with paper marks in the outer field. The perimeter has areas of oxidation with small paint chips near the manufacturer's mark and along the edges. The reverse is similar with additional paint chips on the lower edge. All five factory grommets are intact. Marked A- 4-62 Made in U.S.A. All in all a tough-to-find flange from Texaco. 20" H x 21" W. Condition: 8.25/8.0.
