The arm waves and the light works correctly. Both sides are very clean overall with minor storage wear. The factory can has a brass manufacturer tag that reads, "National Animated Sign Co. Hot Springs, Arkansas Phone 6420 America's Sign of Hospitality SN-2083-A. Overall a unique seldom-seen display piece. 86" H x 40" W. Condition: Restored.
