Description
Two different 13.5" lenses with a Gill milk glass body. The Benzol lens has excellent color with light wear and scratches in the fields. The Model A Benzol lens has good color with fine scratches, light wear and wash along the left outer field and perimeter. The Gill globe body has a chip at the 3 o'clock lens opening visible from the edge and a 2.5" chip area at the lens opening on the reverse at 11 o'clock. The areas are concealed by the retaining ring when viewing straight on. Overall a scarce example of which both lenses are the only known examples. Ford, Lincoln, Edsel. 16.5" H. Condition: 8.5/7.25.
