Scarce Neon Products neon spinner advertising clock runs and lights as it should. The inner face has excellent color with light wear and paint chips along the perimeter. The outer face has areas of loss and the trim ring has oxidation with a tiny hole on the lower edge. The factory can has general wear with repaint and a modified crown. All in all a fantastic neon spinner clock with amazing eye appeal. 18" H x 18" W x 6.75" D. Condition: 8.
