SSP (single sided porcelain) thermometer has very good color and gloss. The tube is intact and works as it should. The field exhibits wear at the tube opening with a small chip in the lower field and light surface wear. The perimeter has chipping with an area of crazing along the upper edge. Marked Made in U.S.A. Beach Coshocton, O. All in all an iconic porcelain Ex-Lax thermometer. 39" H x 8" W. Condition: 8.25.
