DST (double sided tin) flange has excellent color and shine. The display field is clean with light wear and two tiny errant white paint drips. The perimeter shows light wear with small paint chips near the outer flange edge. The reverse shows light wear in the field with a few scratches in the outer fields. Marked The Novelty Adv. Co., Coshocton, O. The sign has vibrant colors throughout and displays very well. 13.5" H x 17.75" W. Condition: 8.25.
