Neon Products bubble clock lights and runs as it should. The inner face has great color with light wear and oxidation in the outer fields. The plastic bubble face has surface scratches. The can features solid paint with a factory Advertising Products decal on the reverse. The lower edge of the bubble face is marked Neon Products Inc., Lima, Ohio. All in all a unique True's Paints Products bubble clock. 16" H x 16" W x 4" D. Condition: 8.
