SSP (single sided porcelain) sign has excellent color and gloss. The field is very clean overall with light surface wear. The perimeter has a chip on the lower right edge with other tiny edge chips. The "1953" attached sign is in excellent condition. Marked Property of Bungalow & Rooming Ass'n. All in all a clean early 1950s porcelain sign. 10.75" H x 8" W. Condition: 9.
