The perimeter has a chip at one upper mount hole with tiny edge chips. Marked Emaillierwerk Schulze & Wehrmann, Wuppertal - Elberfeld. Overall an attractive porcelain marine paint sign. 12" H x 29.5" W. Condition: 9.
