Description
Two 13.5" lenses mounted in an original Capco body. The display lens has very good color with fine scratches and minor discoloration in the outer fields. The reverse lens is similar with additional discoloration in the lower field and edges. Both lenses show soiling on the reverse which shows as discoloration when the globe is lighted. The original Capco body has general toning throughout with stress lines and errant paint drips. The inner edge of the base appears to show a hand etched date of 5-43. The globe has fantastic graphics and displays very well overall. 16.5" H. Condition: 8.5/8.0.
