Highly desirable early restored SST (single sided tin) die cut four color neon sign with metal can has very good color and shine. The sign was originally displayed at McDonalds in Houston, Texas. It features unique animated neon which gives the illusion of "Speedee" running. The field and perimeter have areas of light wear with unused neon stand support holes. Speedee was the first McDonald's mascot and was later replaced by Ronald McDonald. Overall an outstanding early McDonald's neon sign which is arguably one of the most sought-after restaurant signs in the world. 62" H x 58" W x 8.5" D. Condition: Restored.
