OPE (one-piece etched) globe has been repainted. The display has light wear with paint chips in the field and perimeter. The reverse has additional paint chips with discoloration along the lower edge. The base has small chips along the outer edges. Overall a seldom-seen White Pepper globe from Ashland Oil and Refining, Ashland, Kentucky. 16.5" H. Condition: 8.25/8.0.
