Scarce multipiece SSP (single sided porcelain) die cut neon signs mounted back to back on a metal can with bullnose has very good color and gloss. The display has light wear with small chips in the fields and larger chips at the "MC" in the lower field. The perimeter has chips and minor crazing along the outer edges. The reverse has slightly more wear with a line chip in the left field and minor discoloration in the upper field. The metal can is in excellent condition and the sign is marked Lindy. Overall an exceptional General Motors sign advertising Cadillac, Oldsmobile and GMC brands. Overall a remarkable three color neon sign with unique porcelain enamel colors. This is the only example of this sign we have seen. Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, General Motors, Oldsmobile, Pontiac. 62" H x 114" W x 17" D. Condition: 8.5/8.0.
