Exceedingly rare Shell Ethyl die cut SSP (single sided porcelain) sign has excellent color and gloss. The sign features heavy shelving with vibrant colors throughout. The field exhibits tiny nicks with small chips in the outer fields. The perimeter has small chips at mount holes and areas of chipping along the edges. Seven of the eight factory grommets are intact. This is the rarest Shell pump plate sign with very few being known. Overall a fantastic Shell Ethyl pump plate with strong eye appeal. 17" H x 12" W. Condition: 8.5+.
