Extremely scarce multi-piece SST (single sided tin) neon signs mounted back to back on the original can have good color. This is the only painted metal version of this sign we have ever seen. The sign features three color neon with a sequencing "V8" in the lower field. The display features a recently applied distressed painted surface that displays very well. The sign has small dings, unused stand supports and small bends along the perimeter. The reverse is in a very similar condition to Side #1 and the metal can is in good condition. Overall a fantastic early Ford V8 neon sign with eye catching neon. Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Edsel. 79" H x 77" W x 19" D. Condition: Restored.
