Exceedingly rare multi-piece SSP (single sided porcelain) signs mounted back to back on the factory can with five color neon have day one color and gloss. The display is exceptionally clean with two small chips in the outer fields and minor chips at an insulator hole in the lower field. The perimeter has small chips along the lower edge of the sign. The reverse has tiny chips where the upper and center sign connect and one chip in the left outer field. The perimeter has minor wear on the lower edge and a small chip on the outer right edge. The factory can is in very good condition, showing general age wear with replaced panels along the lower edge, sides, and a few access panel. Both sides of the sign are marked Walker & Co. Detroit. This is the only example of this sign we have seen in this size. Overall an amazing find with vibrant colors and eye catching five color neon.
