DSP (double sided porcelain) sign has very good color. Side #1 has fine scratches with cloudiness and minor discoloration to the red porcelain. The perimeter has chips at the upper left mount hole, edges and areas of touch ups along the white border. The reverse has additional wear with chips and staining. The sign displays very well with unique colors and a silhouette graphic of William Penn in the upper field. 29" H x 26.5" W. Condition: 8.75/8.25.
