Description
Two single sided lighted leaded stained glass signs mounted back to back on the original metal can. This historically significant sign was once displayed inside of the Carpenter Brothers Drug Store on Main Street in downtown Greenville, SC. The internal lighted portion works as it should. Side #1 has excellent color with stress cracks in the "Drugs" lettering and blue glass panels. The "Carpenter Bros. and Candy-Soda lettering have been added. The reverse is very similar to the display with additional cracks to the glass along the perimeter. The metal can is in excellent condition and the outer red trim has been repainted. All in all a unique leaded stained glass sign with exceptional color. 26.75" H x 63.25" W x 8" D. Condition: 8.
