Early DSP (double sided porcelain) Flange has excellent color and gloss. Side #1 has tiny chips with small bruises. The outer fields and perimeter have crazing with small chips. The reverse has additional small chips and flakes in the fields. Marked Balto. Enamel & Nov. Co., Balto & 190 W. B'Way, N.Y. The flange has great graphics with unique porcelain enamel colors. 21" H x 14" W. Condition: 8.5.
