Double sided tin (DST) flange has excellent color and shine. The display has small scratches and paint chips in the field and outer field. The largest scratch is on the upper left of the "M" in Mopar. The reverse has larger scratches in the field and more wear in the outer field. There is a diagonal scratch through the "O & P" of Mopar with light wear around the edges and one area of paint loss on the left edge. Marked D-13426 Made in USA. Condition: 8.5 & 8.
