DST (double sided tin) flange has very good color and shine. The display field has light wear and toning. The perimeter has scratches along the outer edges with minor paint loss to the edges. The reverse has additional toning with paper marks and slightly more surface wear. Marked Stout Sign Co. St. Louis, MO. Overall a seldom-seen flange sign with unique graphics. 19.75" H x 12.5" W. Condition: 8.25+/8.0.
