Early DSP (double sided porcelain) flange has good color and gloss. The display field has light surface wear. The perimeter and flange have chips with bends on the outer right upper and lower corners. The reverse has a chip in the field with similar wear to the display. Marked 4004 June 1907 Balto & Enl. & Nov. Co. The flange displays well with classic cobalt blue and white porcelain enamel colors. 13" H x 17.25" W. Condition: 8.
